IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Safety
Your football player has been outfitted with the best protective
equipment on the market. If you have any questions or if issues arise, please
let your coach know. Safety is our first priority. Also, if your child has
asthma or any other medical issue, please bring it to your coaches attention.
Asthma and allergies should be disclosed now.
Scholastics
Pop Warner is unique in that each child must meet and maintain minimum scholastic levels. Your child will receive a Scholastic Addendum in the next day that must be
completed and returned to the field Wednesday. Please help the scholastic volunteers'
job in getting these turned in so we don’t have to track you down. These
forms are required for participation, the more extra curricular and volunteer
information you can add to the form the better.
Please help make this a great year by adhering to the Parent Code
of Conduct and encourage your children to take seriously the Player Code of Conduct
as well. Youth sports are a fantastic outlet for kids. Please offer encouraging
and positive input to the kids, all the teams and coaches.
As of today we will ask that no one be on the football field during practices or games unless they have had a background check and are officially on the coaches roster. All spectators MUST stay in the stands during practices and games. You may use the track for walking or running, however, we ask that you are only on the track if you are using it. Please be sure to watch your other children that are not in the program, these children cannot be on the field. The field has many players practicing and safety is our first priority.
Please also remember that no one is allowed to drive down the roadway past the
gate towards the field besides board members – please drop-off and pick-up
your players no farther than the gate.
Last, No Dogs are allowed on School Property - please do not bring your dog to
the field or stands. The school property has a “no dogs allowed” rule
which we must adhere to.
